The concept of Customs Clearance, in conformity with the Article. 35 of the from México's Customs Law it is the following one: There is understood by customs clearance the set of acts and formalities relative to the entry and exit of commodity to the national territory and its exit of the same one, which in agreement with the different trades and customs established rate, must to realize in the customs, the customs authorities and the consignees, owners, or holders in the imports and the senders in the exports, as well as the Agents or Customs proxies.
